So far I have won 3 medals, all gold. The first gold came at Southend AC's annual championships. It's only a small meet I think, and I wasn't really expecting to get given a medal for winning. For the record I came joint first with Jake King who is ridiculously fast. We both got 11.4s in the 100m, he must have been going easy that day as his personal best is around 11.0s I think which is excellent considering he is only 17 years old!
My actual achievements that I am rather proud of are winning the 60m Essex Indoor Championships and Eastern Counties Indoor Champs 2011. So that's 2 gold medals from the 2011 Indoor Season. Here's me on the podium.
The next championships I'm in are the Essex Championships in May, outdoors this time. I'll be competing in 100m and 200m so hopefully I'll be getting more glory and hopefully more medals from that. Also in may is the Eastern AA Championships which I'll be running 100m and 200m as well.
